Анотація
Based on the results of numerous sociological polls examined prevailing value orientations of modern Ukrainian society in spheres of education and labor as those, which directly determine the processes of reproduction and accumulation of human capital –the necessary condition for the realization of perspectives of sustainable, equitable and democratic development.
