In today’s business environment, medical organizations are considering rethinking their own business models and gaining access to new opportunities. However, such changes are complex and long-term, requiring additional resources. The author emphasizes that one of the factors promoting implementation and innovative development is partnership to accelerate the implementation of strategies of medical organizations. It is noted that in conditions of uncertainty, a flexible strategy that includes a portfolio of strategic moves can be an effective approach to hedging risks and achieving strategic goals. E. The author emphasizes that one of the factors promoting implementation and innovative development is partnership to accelerate the implementation of strategies of medical organizations.
