State financial strategy of the Russian Federation: theoretical aspects and implementation practice
Анотація
The article examines the essence of the state financial strategy, the specifics of its formation and its importance in ensuring the financial security of the Russian Federation. The authors define the most effective directions for achieving strategic goals of the socio-economic development of the state and solving tactical problems in the process of practical implementation of the state financial strategy. Based on the analysis of project financing of the national economy, the formation of strategic goals taking into account external and internal risks, the authors propose financial methods for the optimal implementation of state programs of national projects. The article focuses on identifying financial risks and organizing measures to reduce the negative impact of external factors on the domestic economy and social sphere.
