The article examines theoretical conceptual approaches to defining the economic categories "human" and "intellectual" capital in the context of historical, innovative and socialization development. It is proved that further socialization of definitions is advisable to direct the reflection of the influence of management levels on the formation and development of the mentioned capitals, their efficiency
