Structural and metallogenic relationship between Tien Shan and Ural
Анотація
Recent geophysical studies and deep drilling have shown that the Ural's meridional zones extend to the southern shores of the Aral Sea, where the typical Tien Shan complexes contact them in the westward extension of the Tien Shan's Hercynian structures. The Ural-Tien Shan junction occurs in the so-called Bel'tau Fragmentation Zone which also carries intrusive granodiorites and magnetite ores. — IGR Staff.
