The role and place of the separate material and technical supply brigade in the system of material and technical supply of the armed forces of the russian federation

Анотація

The purpose of the study is to determine the role and place of a separate logistics brigade in the logistics system of the armed forces of the russian federation. The article examines and systematizes data on the composition, structure, tasks and capabilities of a separate logistics brigade, defines its role in the general system of logistics of the armed forces of the russian federation in general and during the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine in particular; the peculiarities of the use of a separate logistics brigade in the provision of troops (forces) in Ukraine, weak points in the construction of the logistics system of the armed forces of the russian federation and the ways of their violation were determined, a comparative analysis of the forces and means of logistics (rear) support of the armed forces was carried out forces of the russian federation and the United States. This problem is little studied, usually the information on the mentioned issue is limited, not systematized and to a large extent outdated, contains incorrect data, which limits the possibilities of its analysis. At the same time, it is known that only detailed information about all elements of the system allows obtaining correct results during further research. According to the results of the study of the logistical support system, conclusions were drawn regarding the main problems of the logistical support system of the armed forces of the russian federation built during the armed aggression against Ukraine, the main directions of the development of the logistical support system of operational and tactical links of logistical support were determined. Prospects for further research include taking into account the results obtained during the development of appropriate methodological bases for determining the requirements for the structure, composition, construction and capabilities of the forces and means of logistical support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; improvement of the system of logistical support by its types (in particular, transport support), identification of weak points in the construction of the system of material and technical support of the armed forces of the russian federation and ways of its violation.
