Анотація
Management of a homeowners' association (OSBB) in Ukraine is increasingly viewed as a form of collective self-governance that exhibits characteristics of deliberative democracy. The foundation of this approach lies in the institutional openness of decision-making processes, the prioritization of public discussion over coercion, and the ethical legitimacy of decisions made at general meetings of co-owners.
