Social and Information Technologies in the Context of Prospective Possibilities of the Security Service of Ukraine to Prevent Crisis Phenomena of Society Nature and Counter Terrorism

Анотація

The issue of counter-terrorism is considered to be a priority in ensuring the national security of the state and is one of the priority tasks of the Security Service of Ukraine, the reform of which involves the introduction of innovative technologies. Proactive and risk-oriented approach involves the presence of scientifically sound theories, building theoretical models based on them, defining and analyzing the real state of risks and dangers, building predictive models of their development in time and space to develop recommendations to the government to neutralize them. Terrorism monitoring is a specific information technology, the implementation of which involves the development of innovative techniques and procedures, mostly heuristic, as the search for optimal algorithms to prevent social conflicts or prevent terrorist activities. The Security Service of Ukraine as an element of the system of protection of national statehood should play the role of organizer of feedback, focusing on its work in addition to detecting and destroying terrorist groups – this is a regular task of special forces to monitor the state of the entire national security system. threats, the adequacy of the level of self-assessment of the country's readiness to ensure anti-terrorist security, primarily through the implementation of preventive measures to protect national statehood and combat terrorism, including by forecasting, identifying and timely neutralization of new types of threats and aggressions.
