Abstract The lacks of modern paradigm of healthcare (heavy tolls, insufficient efficiency of and other) are examined. It is suggested to change a paradigm. In basis of new paradigm are laws of thermodynamics. Living organism is open thermodynamics system stability of that depends on her energypotential. Thus, essence of new paradigm not fight against pathology, and counteraction of entropy. It removes the lacks of modern paradigm of health protection
