Background. The article examines the transformation of Ukraine’s geopolitical and geoeconomic status amid full-scale war. Particular attention is paid to redefining Ukraine as a strategic security, logistics, and innovation hub within the context of global transformations of the international space, as well as to strengthening its role in global production, logistics, and food supply chains. Special emphasis is placed on the role of transnational corporations in these processes. Methods. The study is based on systemic, geopolitical, and geoeconomic approaches, as well as comparative, structural-functional, and conceptual analysis. It draws on geopolitical theories of world regional division (in particular, Harm de Blij's concept) and contemporary social-geographical approaches. The information base includes scientific publications, analytical reports of international organizations, and statistical data. Results. It has been established that Ukraine is gradually transforming from a “transition zone” into a strategic pivot of the European and Eurasian geospace. The implementation of the “Solidarity Lanes” initiative has enabled the transportation of over 170 million tons of cargo and the formation of alternative logistics routes through which up to 80% of the country’s imports are carried out. Ukraine’s role as one of the world’s key exporters of agricultural products contributes to food security for approximately 400 million people in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. At the same time, transnational corporations are changing their investment strategies, shifting toward long-term presence, localisation of production, and participation in Ukraine’s economic recovery. Conclusions. It is demonstrated that contemporary Ukraine is acquiring the characteristics of a multifunctional strategic hub that integrates security, economic, and innovation functions amid global transformation. Its role in the international geospace is determined by both its capacity to ensure resilience in times of crisis and its potential for integration into European and global economic systems. Prospects for further development depend on the effectiveness of institutional reforms, the provision of security guarantees, and the scale of international support for post-war reconstruction.
