Анотація

The influence of the global world and the challenges of the war in Ukraine actualize the issue of social inequality as the main disparity in society, because nowadays poverty, the inability to provide decent work, economic instability, high costs, low incomes, the inability to realize one's opportunities, injustice, discrimination are factors that lead to inequality in society. The study of the factors of formation and spread of social inequality made it possible to identify challenges and risks in the field of social development. The analysis of the current situation in Ukraine shows that risks arising in the labor sphere, in the income sphere, and risks associated with manifestations of gender inequality are of particular concern. risks generate the probability of negative changes, generate the danger of dysfunction of social institutions, inhibition of social reproduction processes, production processes, transmission of social norms and values; formation of social instability and tension.
