INTELLECTUALIZATION OF MANAGEMENT OF SAFE ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Анотація

The problem of ensuring economic security at Ukrainian enterprises is becoming more acute, because it requires a significant change in security activities. The system, which provided for strict state control of all aspects of enterprise activities, has changed to one in which the owner and senior management are responsible for business security. Along with increasing competition due to the openness of the domestic market for foreign producers, Ukrainian enterprises are under the influence of challenges, risks and threats, the source of which is globalization, digitalization and intellectualization. The current level of functioning and development prospects of each business entity is determined by the ability of security entities to adequately respond to the influence of the latest factors of the external and internal environment. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the key theoretical foundations of the intellectualization of security management of Ukrainian enterprises. The following methods are used for the theoretical foundations of intellectualization of enterprise security management: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization – in the study of the essential characteristics of the terms “intelligence”, “information and knowledge”, “intellectualization”, “intellectual resources”, “management intellectualization”, and “intellectualization of security management”; synthesis and analysis – to determine the theoretical foundations of the intellectualization of security management of the enterprise; morphological analysis – to clarify the tasks of security actors in the process of intellectualization at the enterprise level; graphic – for visual presentation of theoretical and methodical material; abstract-logical – for theoretical generalizations and conclusions of the study. It is proposed to interpret security activities as activities aimed at maintaining the stability and ensuring the stable functioning of the enterprise by protecting its resources and interests, as well as the use of additional market opportunities. The essence of the conceptual apparatus of intellectualization from the standpoint of making changes in the security activities of the enterprise is considered. It is proposed to interpret the term “intelligence” in relation to security actors as a mental ability, based on information and available knowledge, to develop solutions in a high level of uncertainty with control over their implementation and the ability to make timely changes. It is substantiated that the intellectualization of security management should involve raising the intellectual level of management and the use of innovative information technologies.
