Nowadays business is functioning in rapid change, unstable and highly competitive environment. The last factor creates the necessity for stable improvement of products and services that demands a lot of researches, analyses and new technologies. That proves business is functioning in the digital era. Digitization, digitalization and digital transformation of business are the key basis for a lot of different kinds of business (mostly for large companies) on their ways to success. Digital technologies give opportunities to improve products and services qualities, interact with partners, customers, suppliers and potential clients. Researches show that companies invest capital in digital technologies. And many companies are on the digital transformation process that totally changes the form of running business, its models and even structure. Digital technologies are significantly expensive and demand additional investment in knowledge. But the economy of digitalization mostly proved the outcome results.
