Structure and dynamics of the Global Economy in the 21st century. XX. The “Small Economies” and the “Smallest Economies” of the Global South in 2010-2024
Анотація
The purpose of the research is to describe the statistical characteristics of two small structural elements of the Global South using specially introduced geometric objects (a “P/П-chord” and a “D/П-chord”). These geometric objects allow us to describe the nature of the relationships between certain economic indices in situations where the statistical significance of the linear regression equation is low. The scientific novelty lies in the introduction and use of these new empirical characteristics of the distribution of countries within the structural elements of the Global South on the planes of pairs of economic indices. This toolkit, as a result, can therefore be used to study the dynamics of structural elements of the Global Economy over relatively long time periods.
