Анотація
The article analyzes the peculiarities and consequences of of reforming of socio-economic system of Ukraine, the impact of industrial complex on the course of transformational processes and grounds the necessity and direction of modernization of the economy, the principal of which is determined transition to an innovative model of development and socialization of the labor market.
