APPROACHES TO DETERMINING THE ESSENCE OF THE ENTERPRISE'S INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Abstract. Various approaches to determining the essence of the enterprise's innovative development strategy have been studied. The concept of strategic management of innovative development of the enterprise and directions of innovative development of the enterprise are proposed. The relationship between the directions of innovative development of the enterprise and the components of the intellectual capital of the enterprise is determined. The object and subject of scientific research in the field of strategic management of the innovative development of the enterprise is substantiated. The theoretical and methodological approaches to determining the essence of the innovative potential of the enterprise are considered and systematized. On the basis of systemic and complex approaches, a generalized definition of innovative potential and its structure is proposed, which shows that the innovative component is inherent in all structural elements of the economic potential of the enterprise, as it acts as a supporting element and an internal source of the creation of basic innovations in the process of its management.
