Modem Information Technologies in HRM: Concept of Personnel Security
Анотація
The article discusses the issues of ICT impact on HRM in the digital economy. The modern foreign approaches of improving HRM are discussed in cases of their contribution to the corporation's business strategy. Model of optimized distribution of fragments of distributed databases in the cloud computing system is analyzed. Made conclusions that in Ukraine even most reliable clouds are exposed to information risks: from technical failures to legal nuances. The article presents calculations that prove the economic efficiency of using cloud services in managing the activity of the enterprise, where one of the key places is occupied by personnel management. Furthermore, state-of-the-art personnel management approaches help to reduce information leakage from enterprises by enhancing personnel security provided with the latest IT technologies.
