Scientific and Methodological Approach to Determining the Level of Intellectual Development of Enterprises under the Influence of the Digital Economy
Анотація
Introduction. In the current conditions of digital transformation of the economy, intellectual capital is becoming a key strategic resource for enterprises operating in conditions of increased uncertainty and dependence on external factors. The lack of an integrated approach to assessing the level of intellectual development of enterprises reduces the validity of management decisions in the digital economy, which determines the relevance of developing scientific and methodological tools capable of providing comprehensive diagnostics of the financial, investment and intellectual components of enterprise development. The purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate a scientific and methodological approach to assessing and forecasting the level of intellectualisation of enterprise capital, taking into account the impact of the digital economy. Research methodology. The study is based on methods of correlation and regression analysis, normalization of indicators, integral assessment, and expert determination of weight coefficients. Min-max normalization was used to unify different types of indicators. Multifactor regression models were constructed to quantitatively assess the impact of key determinants on the corresponding integral indicators. The results were aggregated by forming a general integral indicator of the level of intellectual development of an enterprise using expert-determined weights and interpreting the results on the Harrington scale. Results. Multifactor correlation-regression models were constructed to reflect the impact of financial, investment, and intellectual factors on the corresponding integral indicators of enterprise development. It was determined that the financial condition most significantly influences the profitability of production, investment development – the share of innovative investments, and the intellectualisation of capital – human and customer capital. Based on the results, a general integral indicator of the level of intellectual development of an enterprise was formed with expert weighting of components and interpretation on the Harrington scale. A scientific and methodological approach to assessing the level of intellectual development of enterprises in the digital economy is proposed, based on multifactorial correlation-regression analysis and the integration of financial, investment and intellectual indicators. The developed approach is a tool for strategic monitoring and forecasting, which allows determining the priorities of enterprise development and forming adaptive strategies to increase their competitiveness in the conditions of digital transformation.
