FACTORS INFLUENCE ON THE STATE AND DYNAMICS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Анотація

The article examines different levels of development and types of development of economies of the world, which is primarily related to the historical trends in the development of national economies, general patterns and features of the development of countries, as well as the features of their regional origin, socio-economic criteria, conditions for the functioning and application of advanced technologies. It was found that the innovative type of economic development is the most effective. The factors influencing the innovative development of the national economy (external, internal) were investigated. It was established that the innovative development of the national economy can be ensured through the activation of the following areas: innovative, financial, managerial and commercial. The factors influencing the innovative sphere of the national economy were investigated and identified, namely: the education system, scientific and research base, innovative potential, financing, state and business support for innovative activity, the environment for conducting innovative business, state institutions in the field of innovative business, intellectual property, media, innovative infrastructure, international integration and openness, etc. The factors influencing the financial sphere of the national economy have been studied and identified: innovation financing, financial infrastructure, state support, external financing, internal financing, economic stability, political stability, etc. The factors influencing the managerial sphere of the national economy have been studied and identified, namely: institutional environment, managerial infrastructure, deregulation and standardization, etc. The factors influencing the commercial sphere of the national economy have been studied and identified: market mechanisms; economic mechanisms; technological development; legal mechanisms; political stability; social attitudes; cultural attitudes; digitalization; clusters, ecosystems and regional policy; environmental mechanisms; commercial infrastructure, etc. A typology of factors influencing the innovative development of the national economy has been developed according to the following typological features: scope of action, environment of occurrence, direction of action, manifestation of action, duration of action, degree of influence, characteristic of influence, effectiveness, scale of action, nature of action, number of directions, time, possibility of management, type of trend, cyclicality, management functions, relationship with the environment.
