Анотація
The paper notes that in the current economic conditions of industrial enterprises, in particular metallurgical enterprises, it is necessary to increase the level of safety of their development. Based on the analysis of literary sources, the advantages and disadvantages of forming a balanced scorecard are identified, a balanced scorecard for assessing the safety level of the development of a metallurgical enterprise is generalized. Its feature is the focus on the individual functional components of the enterprise, the allocation of indicators characterizing the innovation, investment and management activities of the enterprise, taking into account the features of the metallurgical enterprises.
