THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONCESSION MECHANISMS IN UKRAINE
Анотація
The current state of the concession market development in EU countries and Ukraine is characterized. The concept of concession partnerships is elaborated, highlighting its distinction from economic partnerships and identifying its key features. Based on the generalization of international practices, the main models of concession partnerships are outlined, and their specific application in Ukraine is explored. The differences in the legal framework for concession activities in EU countries and Ukraine are revealed. The need to harmonize Ukraine’s concession legislation with EU laws to establish a transparent and effective regulatory mechanism is substantiated. Key factors hindering the development of concession partnerships in Ukraine are identified, and proposals are made to create an efficient and non-discriminatory concession market in Ukraine.
