Анотація
Due to the European integration processes, issues related to the improvement of the national legislation of Ukraine based on the standards and principles of European law are being updated in our country. This is reflected in the adoption of new regulations, amendments to existing ones, ratification of international standards, as well as the activation of scientists in this direction. In this context, the field of social protection is one of the priorities for reform, as Member States of the European Union declare social protection for their citizens as one of the pillars of the state's existence.
