Partnership between the public and the authorities in ensuring the restoration of territories
Анотація
It is substantiated that recovery should include not only the reconstruction of infrastructure, but also the restoration of social cohesion, trust, access to services, economic activity, and the capacity of communities for development. Emphasis is placed on the role of public participation in identifying the needs of the population, setting recovery priorities, ensuring transparency in the use of resources, and conducting public monitoring of recovery projects. The main mechanisms of partnership are identified, including public consultations, working groups on recovery issues, digital transparency tools, and the involvement of youth and local initiatives in decisionmaking processes.
