<p>The article highlights the main challenge that poses a village community. The most important aspect is to increase living standards, including both raising incomes in rural areas and improve the provision of rural lifestyle in modern civilization. Without proper solution to these problems is almost impossible to live in rural areas and develop it. This is increasing emphasis on consulting – advisory services in innovative rural development. The conditions of sustainable rural development one of the factors which is the public administration consulting. Emphasized the efficiency of public administration counsulting concerning the formation and use of the resource potential of rural areas with the provision of scientifically grounded recommendations will take into account all the factors that influenced him, and determine the effectiveness of potential.</p>
