The problem of social security for the victims of the Chornobyl disaster in Ukraine
Анотація
The Chornobyl disaster is the largest environmental catastrophe of today, which occurred on April 26, 1986, as a result of the explosion of the reactor of the 4th Chornobyl NPP unit. Consequences of this we are not able to eliminate so far, which causes various cancer, birth of children with defects, disorders of regulation by the immune, endocrine and nervous systems. Hundreds of thousands of victims of the crash need state support and welfare. But, unfortunately, the current state of social security of this category in Ukraine is not characterized by high social standards compared to the international level. Therefore, it is worth exploring this issue comprehensively.
