"Prozorro" electronic system as a revolution in the public procurement system in Ukraine
Анотація
The article is devoted to the coverage of the electronic system "Prozorro" as a means of forming an effective and transparent system of public procurement in Ukraine. The main worldview approaches to the definition of public and public procurement are studied. The legal framework of public procurement in Ukraine is analyzed. The reasons for the creation of "Prozorro", the main provisions of this system and the conclusion about its positive impact on public procurement are identified. It is concluded that the main purpose of the introduction of "Prozorro" is to create an effective, transparent and open system of public procurement in Ukraine, which will bring our country closer to EU accession.
