DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE INDUSTRIES IN CHANGING SECURITY CONDITIONS

Анотація

In the article, the authors consider that the sphere of creative industries is one of the catalysts for economic development and innovation, creation of new socio-cultural products.It has been shown that the development of creative industries is directly affected by the security environment, which in the context of Russia's full-scale aggression against Ukraine contains numerous threats and is of a changing nature.The authors determine that changing security conditions imply changes or fluctuations in the level of security or stability in the activities of an enterprise in the creative industries.It is proved that political conflicts, economic instability, natural disasters, social tensions, terrorist threats and other similar factors lead to a decrease in investment, reduced funding and reduced demand for creative products and services, cancellation or imposition of restrictions on the organization and holding of cultural events, and changes in the ways of consuming cultural and creative products.It is emphasized that the negative impact of destabilizing factors also affects the creative process, reduces the productivity of creative professionals and causes uncertainty in their own capabilities.In particular, it is noted that during the war in Ukraine, more than 1.1 thousand cultural facilities were completely or partially destroyed.During this period, losses and lost revenues of the creative industries amounted to more than $15 billion, and the drop in declared revenues of creative industries enterprises was 63.3%.It is emphasized that creative industries respond to the emergence and negative impact of destabilizing factors.The authors identify a set of tools that can be used in a changing security environment for the development of creative industries.These include: the use of artificial intelligence and data analytics, virtual and augmented reality, focusing on the growing global interest in cultural diversity, support for startups and innovative projects at all levels, and international cooperation.It is noted that these tools can be supplemented and combined depending on the specific situation and types of creative industries.
