The Structural Changes in the Employment of Ukraine
Анотація
The employment structure reflects the current level of development of socio-economic systems, macroeconomic proportions of the distribution of production factors, the relationship between production and consumption. However, an objective historical process of changing the structure of employment by itself is not evidence of social progress, if it is not accompanied by positive dynamics of productivity and qualitative changes in the nature of employment. The study of the structural characteristics of employment in Ukraine becomes more relevant in the context of European civilization choice made by the country in recent years.
