Budgetary resources market of the Russian Federation: formation and development prospects
Анотація
The article examines the essence of the budget resources market as a component of the financial market. The allocation of functions of budget resources at all levels of the socio-economic system, the definition of the advantages of the budget resources market as an integral and most organized component of the financial market allow us to assess its significance and possible development directions. The scientific study presents the author's definition of the budget resources market. The conducted analysis of the formation of the federal budget of the Russian Federation shows the possibilities of increasing its revenue part through the use of financial instruments. Particular attention in the article is paid to federal loan bonds, areas of their use in the budget resources market.
