The Ukrainian labor market investigation with the use of system dynamics methods
Анотація
The system analysis of the current conditions on the Labor Market in Ukraine shows the links between the main macroeconomic and other indicators, which characterize the state of the labor market. During the research, we developed the simulation model of demand and supply formation on the labor market in Ukraine. The scenario analysis, which was conducted on the basis of the model, showed the potential development prospects of the labor market development by different initial conditions and assumptions, and its impact on macroeconomic stabilization.Article received 30.03.2016
