INNOVATIVE AND MODERNIZATION APPROACH IN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT: SYSTEMATIZATION OF DOMESTIC AND WORLD EXPERIENCE
Анотація
The provisions have been developed and the scientific and applied substantiation of the innovation and modernization approach in industrial development management has been carried out. The significance of introducing innovations in all areas of activity of an industrial enterprise and the modernization of its production processes has been substantiated. The essence of the concepts of "innovation" and "modernization" in the metallurgical industry has been specified, their differences have been determined. It has been shown that the processes are interconnected, mutually influential and can be implemented in a complex and simultaneously. The principles on which the successful implementation of the innovation and modernization approach is based have been determined. On the basis of the systematization of domestic and world experience, four groups of innovation and modernization solutions have been established, each of which has certain components.
