Анотація

The development and introduction of innovations into the activities of innovation active enterprises is the main factor determining not only the quality of their functional activity and competitiveness, but also the structure, principles and methods of formation of the organizational economic controlling mechanism. In the course of the study developed and presented a conceptual model of organizational economic mechanism of management of an innovative enterprise. This model is built taking into account the specific nature of its operations and focusing on the latest achievements of science and technology. The authors of the article have determined the mission, the goal and the objectives of innovation active enterprises directed to economic, social, scientific, technological and environmental needs of society. In terms of the framework of integral information space, which is created and supported by information technologies, there have been offered mechanisms of contract administration, human resources management and financial management of innovation active enterprises.
