ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ ТА ПРОБЛЕМИ РОЗВИТКУ СИСТЕМИ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
There have been identified and systematized the main factors (common, specific, group and national) in the development of higher education system in Ukraine. There has been investigated the dynamics of relevant indicators, namely the number of people enrolled in preschool, secondary, vocational and higher educational institutions of Ukraine; the number of cultural institutions and their visitors during the year; GDP rate; consumer price index (inflation); the level and structure of income, expenditures and savings. There has been proposed the application of the multi-channel financing model of higher education, and shown the features of strategy formation in the development of higher education in Ukraine.
