DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AS A TOOL FOR ENHANCING THE EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISE FUNCTIONING
Анотація
The article examines the role of digital technologies in ensuring the efficient functioning of enterprises under the current economic conditions of Ukraine. It is substantiated that digitalization serves as a key factor in enhancing the competitiveness, adaptability, and resilience of businesses in the context of martial law and economic instability. The main directions of implementing digital solutions are analyzed, including business process automation, the use of cloud technologies, Big Data, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce. The advantages of digital transformation are identified, such as increased productivity, cost optimization, improved quality of managerial decision-making, and expansion of sales markets. At the same time, the key challenges of implementing digital technologies are outlined, including financial constraints, a shortage of qualified personnel, and cybersecurity risks. The necessity of further development of digital competencies and the implementation of innovative solutions to ensure sustainable development of enterprises is substantiated.
