EUROPEAN VECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT OF NON-INSURANCE INTERMEDIARIES IN UKRAINE
Анотація
Виокремлено вузьке та широке розуміння діяльності нестрахових посередників. Розкрито зміст діяльності нестрахових посередників, враховуючи поділ на основну та додаткову діяльність. Представлено порівняння страхового і нестрахового посередника на основі законодавства ЄС. Визначено європейський вектор розвитку діяльності нестрахових посередників в Україні, що в першу чергу полягає в необхідності запровадження регулювання їх додаткової діяльності, яка пов'язана з реалізацією страхових послуг. Охарактеризовано співпрацю страхових компаній із нестраховими посередниками в країнах ЄС та Україні
