Анотація
Системно розкрито сутність сучасних концепцій управління якістю та визначено їх роль і значення у підвищенні ефективності діяльності організацій. На підставі узагальнення основних тенденцій розвитку сучасних концепцій управління якістю, зроблено висновки щодо можливості їх використання в практиці управління на вітчизняних підприємствах. The paper systematically explores the essence of modern concepts of quality management. Defined their role and importance in improving the effectiveness of organizations. On the basis of summarizing the main trends of modern concepts of quality management the conclusions about their possible use in management of domestic enterprises
