Анотація
In the conditions of modern business, the conclusion of contracts at auctions, contests and tenders is determined not only by the requirements of market competition, but also by the features of the bidding process itself. This is a complex stage where participants compete for the right to conclude a contract, and the rules of the game are determined by the specifics of the trading mechanism. In this context, it is important to consider the peculiarities of concluding contracts at auctions and tenders, where competition, strategies of participants and the legal environment interact, forming key aspects of this process.
