ONLINE WORK AS A MODERN DIRECTION OF LABOR MIGRATION DEVELOPMENT

Анотація

The article is devoted to a topical issue – a new organization of labor – online work. It has been established that thanks to the development of information and communication technologies and the Internet, the opportunities for specialists of certain professions in employment are expanding regardless of their place of permanent residence, which is a modern trend in labor management. The essence of the category «remote work» is studied and its main distinguishing characteristics from other forms of work organization are given. The important role in the organization of online work for migrants who left their country to maintain further ties with it and promote its economic development is analyzed. The positive aspects of online employment for employees and employers are analyzed, and the risks of such employment are substantiated. It is noted that online employment is particularly relevant and possible in certain areas, however, for Ukraine, other areas related to its restoration that require other forms of labor organization are already becoming relevant today. In the context of population emigration, the country should promote its online employment in order not to completely lose its able-bodied citizens, as well as to preserve the opportunities for their return to their homeland. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were drawn regarding the development of online employment in Ukraine and the risks of this process for employees and the state.
