BUILDING PSYCHOLOGICAL STABILITY (RESILIENCE) OF INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS AS THE BASIS OF THEIR PSYCHOLOGICAL SECURITY IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR

Анотація

The article summarizes scientific and methodological source sonthespecifics of the formation of psychological stability (resilience) of internally displaced persons as the basis of their psychological safety in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war; analyzed the international and national legal framework for ensuring the protection of persons who, despite their own wishes, were forced to leave their places of permanent residence, but remained with in the border soft heir country; the components of the mental health development system and psychosocial support of ID Psare disclosed; describes the activities of the National Psychological Association of Ukraine «Comprehensive program of providing psychological assistance to the population of Ukraine (inUkraineandabroad)», the project «Urgent measures for crisis psychosocial adaptation, building resilience and elimination of consequences (UA-CARE)», which is implemented by a public organization «Development Foundation» with the support of UNDP and funding from the European Union, and the public organization «Center for Social Innovations», which operates within the framework of the project «Lviv unitesandst rengthens: primary psychological support of internally displaced persons»; the existing ones were analyzed and new practical professional recommendations were proposed both directly to IDP sand to public authorities and relevant structures that take care of them (both state and public) regarding the formation of psychological stability (resilience) of IDPs as a basis for their resistance to stressfulevents in war conditions.
