Evolution of an enterprise: historical analysis of the behavior patterns
Анотація
The article presents a concept of evolution of an enterprise, which views an enterprise as the primary economic entity, the activity of which reflects all the key changes in the socio-economic life. The evolution cycle of an enterprise is regarded as a particular case of the universal evolution cycle of real-life objects and consists of eight stages. The world view acts as a driving force behind social and economic changes. Periodicity of changes inside the cycle of evolution is determined by solar cycles. Historical analysis of the beha7vior of the enterprise covers the period from 1656 to 2090. Description of changes in technology, policy, structure and strategy of a typical enterprise ensures the overall coverage of changes in the activities of an enterprise. Metaphors are used to reflect specific behaviour of an enterprise at every stage of its evolution cycle. The presented concept allows to comprehensively consider changes in the enterprise, to study economic phenomena as an organic part of the social life, to track focus of socio-economic change.
