Prerequisites for the adoption of intelligent collaborative systems in national industry: the role of the talent-data-infrastructure ecosystem

Анотація

The article examines the concept of the talent-data-infrastructure ecosystem as a key prerequisite for implementing intelligent collaborative systems (ICS) in Ukraine’s industry. It elucidates the essence of each component (skilled talent, industrial data, and digital infrastructure) and substantiates the relevance of this triad in the context of digital transformation and post-war industrial recovery. Drawing on foreign and domestic research, the study identifies current challenges and opportunities for developing each component in Ukraine. It is shown that a deficiency in any one element – talent, data, or infrastructure – creates systemic constraints on scaling innovations. The author concludes by emphasizing the need to formulate practical recommendations for developing the talent-datainfrastructure ecosystem as a driver of Ukraine’s industrial digital transformation and integration into the global AI value chain.
