GOVERNMENTAL AND NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS AS AN INSTITUTIONAL COMPONENT OF ENSURING ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
Анотація
The article reveals preconditions and analyzes the implications of governmental and non-governmental organizations as an effective constituent of the institutional model of security assurance. There is established the growing influence of non-governmental organizations as units, which effectively function as independent entities in the modern system of international environmental relations. Taking into account the transboundary situation of certain regions of Ukraine and its participation in bilateral and multilateral agreements there was substantiated further activation of the activities of such organizations on its territory.
