Digital Transformation Models Public Finances in Ukraine
Анотація
The article explores digital models of institutional changes in the public finance sector of Ukraine, caused by Russia's full-scale war against our country. Key digital transformations in fiscal policy, the budget process, and the dynamics of public borrowing are identified. Digital models of coherent public institutions of the fiscal space and assessment of the sustainability of public finances in conditions of macroeconomic instability are proposed. The main challenges for the future in the public finance sector are identified and possible ways to overcome them are outlined.
