DIGITAL TRANSFORMATIONS OF INNOVATIVE AND INFORMATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY IN ENSURING THE PROTECTION OF UKRAINE'S STRATEGIC INTERESTS

Abstract. The article explores the conceptual foundations and applied aspects of digital transformations as a decisive factor in the innovation and information-driven development of the national economy aimed at safeguarding Ukraine’s strategic interests. Current trends in digitalization are analyzed, including the implementation of information and communication technologies, artificial intelligence systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain platforms, and big data solutions that contribute to the formation of a resilient economic system and enhance its adaptability to global challenges. Particular attention is given to aligning digital transformation processes with the objectives of economic security and national defense, considering the growing risks of cyber threats, hybrid challenges, and economic pressure from external actors. The author proposes a conceptual model of digital transformation that envisages the development of national digital infrastructure, the creation of an integrated cybersecurity system, the introduction of innovations in key economic sectors, and the establishment of an effective legal and regulatory framework to support the digital environment. The findings have practical significance for the development of strategic national-level documents, including the Digital Economy Strategy, the Technological Modernization Program, and comprehensive measures to ensure economic and national security in the context of digital globalization.
