PECULIARITIES OF THE FORMATION OF LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE OF REGIONAL COMMODITY MARKETS

Infrastructure, especially logistics, is an important factor in the formation of the regional system and attraction of different groups of consumers. To do this, it is necessary to take into account the directions of the development of infrastructure and logistics potential, which corresponds to the general direction of socio-economic development of the regions of Ukraine.The logistics infrastructure of the commodity market will make it possible to establish the patterns of the reproduction process in the regional market and meet its modern requirements.The article substantiates the peculiarities of the formation of the logistics infrastructure of regional commodity markets. In the course of the research the algorithm of the decision of problems of the region from a position of logistic and infrastructural approach is constructed. The need to strengthen the competitiveness of the regions has been identified. The kinds of obstacles that hinder the development of the infrastructure of regional commodity markets are outlined. The role of regional authorities in the logistics process is determined on the basis of the model «Regional authorities–science–business». The conditions for effective development of logistics chains of regional commodity markets are formed.Thus, the logistics system of the region is based on the mechanism of logistics infrastructure formation, which is a system of organizational and economic forms and methods of interaction of participants of regional commodity market, which encourages to increase efficiency of all parts of the logistics chain, based on the principles of reproductive approach and aimed at the use of economic laws and the achievement of strategic goals of the region.Key words: logistics infrastructure, logistics chains, regional economy, commodity markets, infrastructure elements, regional authorities, efficient logistics chains.
