THE RESOURCE POLICY OF THE AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE
Анотація
The mutual relation of resource planning and resource policy of the agricultural enterprise was shown. The basic directions and approaches to the shaping of resource policy in the financial - economic mechanism of agricultural enterprises were substantiated. The feasibility of harmonizing agricultural enterprise resource policy with the principles of sustainable development was indicated. The result of such harmonization is not only expanded horizons of planning the agricultural enterprise’s activities but also additional competitive advantages. The approaches to the shaping the agricultural enterprise resource policies are mutually exclusive. And each approach has its disadvantages. And this is possible to use the most strengths of each approach and expel disadvantages in some measure with the help of horizontal and vertical integration of agricultural production. The implementation of such programs is complicated by requirements of an individual approach and a high skill level management personnel in each case.
