Анотація

Трансформація зайнятості при переході до цифрової економіки: глобальні виклики та стратегії адаптаціїУ монографії комплексно досліджено теоретико-методологічні засади трансформації ринку праці та зайнятості в умовах переходу до цифрової економіки. Обґрунтовано передумови формування цифрового ринку праці. Значну увагу приділено трансформації процесу праці та визначенню місця і ролі штучного інтелекту в процесі правд в умовах цифровізації економіки. Визначено сутність креативної зайнятості та напрями її поширення в Україні. Досліджено процеси розвитку трудового потенціалу і технологічного розвитку національної економіки України. Визначено основні недоліки національного ринку праці та запропоновано шляхи їх мінімізації в системі управління національною економікою.Ключові слова: цифрова економіка, ринок праці, зайнятість, трансформація, глобальні виклики, стратегії адаптації, цифрова зайнятість, штучний інтелект, креативна зайнятість.English Title: Employment Transformation in the Transition to the Digital Economy: Global Challenges and Adaptation Strategies Abstract: The monograph comprehensively examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of labor market and employment transformation during the transition to a digital economy. The prerequisites for the formation of a digital labor market are substantiated. Significant attention is paid to the transformation of the labor process and the determination of the place and role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the labor process under the conditions of economic digitalization. The essence of creative employment and the directions of its expansion in Ukraine are defined. The processes of labor potential development and technological development of the national economy of Ukraine are investigated. The main shortcomings of the national labor market are identified, and ways to minimize them within the national economic management system are proposed.
