In the rapidly evolving global financial landscape, digital transformation has emerged as a critical factor for the modernization of the banking industry. Ukraine, driven by the regulatory efforts of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), has embarked on a comprehensive digital transformation of its banking sector. Innovation, and the promotion of a cashless economy as part of the "FinTech Development Strategy in Ukraine until 2025" [4].
