Modeling of Relationships With Stakeholders on the Basis Dynamic Business Ecosystem Approach
Анотація
The article considers the main aspects of modeling relationships with stakeholders on the basis of a dynamic business ecosystem approach. It is established that the ecosystem is a networked community, whose members combine their resources on mutually beneficial principles for the sake of joint achievement of results. The business ecosystem approach is used to solve specific tasks that can be implemented in a specific area. Classification of stakeholders, their mapping, identification of potential stakeholders of the organization is the basis for assessing the most significant in the degree of influence of stakeholders. The process of identifying key stakeholders is presented in the form of an algorithm. The map of the key purposes of interaction of the enterprises with stakeholders with use of criteria of significance, and also urgency of the decision of a question is constructed. This study proposes an approach to the formation and development of regional business ecosystems on the basis of intensifying the coordinated activities of stakeholders. Such tools will contribute to the institutional modernization of the regional business ecosystem.
