SATISFACTION WITH QUALITY OF LIFE AND PERSONAL RESOURCES
Анотація
These theses consider the concept of “happiness” as satisfaction with the quality of life. We compared Ukrainians’ satisfaction with their quality of life before the large-scale war and at the second year of the war. We found that during the war, almost all components of satisfaction with the quality of life decreased at statistically significant levelі. We cannot control such external circumstances of life as the war. However, we can change our attitude to the circumstances of our own life in order to find the strength not to give up, to counteract psychosomatic diseases, to maintain optimism and hope for the best. This leads us to consider personal resources, in which we see the prospects for our further research.
